Infant & Toddler Program

The Infant and Toddler program is a family based early intervention program designed to provide supports and services for families of children ages birth to three with developmental delays. Families collaborate with the Family Service Coordinator and Therapists to create an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Early intervention services take place in the child's most natural environment which can include the home, childcare/preschool environments, or other community locations.

Service Plan outcomes are developed by families based on their priorities and concerns for their child within the family's typical daily routine. Family routines can include meal times, nap and bed times, diapering and dressing, playing inside and outside, running errands, being with family and friends, and participating in community activities. Early intervention services can include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and early intervention.
