working with children and families for the following positions: Speech / Language Pathologist in Sheridan, WY The Child Development Center is looking for a Speech/Language Pathologist to work in a rewarding preschool environment. This position requires a high degree of initiative, working knowledge of educational standards and regulations regarding the education of children with disabilities. Master’s Degree in Speech / Language Pathology required and must be eligible for Wyoming Board Certification or Wyoming Department of Education Certification. Early Childhood Teacher and Co-Teacher in Buffalo, WY Early childhood teacher and co-teacher for CDC’s Buffalo preschool, mornings only, M-W-F during school year. Will work as a team member, coordinating and executing programs for preschoolers with and without disabilities. Will assess skills, plan activities using Teaching Strategies Gold curriculum, consult with special educators and therapists, document progress, and create a learning environment that will promote the development of preschool children. Position requires a high degree of initiative, organizational skill, and an understanding and knowledge of teaching young children with disabilities in an inclusive setting. Knowledge of Pyramid Program for Early Childhood Social/Emotional Competency a plus. Must have a minimum of a CDA. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and experience working with young children preferred.
